WINTER IS A GREAT TIME TO BE AT CAMP
Join us for our Winter Rejuves at Camp Vermilion (Grades 7-12, Jan 20-21) and Camp Hiawatha (Grades 3-6, Feb 24-25) in 2023!
23 hours of camp fun including sledding, games, worship, learning, winter
activities, and more! A great way to get back to camp or check out camp
for the first time.

Camp Hiawatha and Camp Vermilion
Zion is a member congregation. How can we support our camps?
1. Encourage your kids and grandkids to go to camp.
2. Pray for the youth from the congregation that go to camp. Ask them to share their camp stories when they return.
3. Support their fund raising events such as the Bluegrass Festival and Festival of Lights.
4. Consider using their beautiful spaces for retreats or
family events.

Family Camp 2022
Family camp is a special week where families of all types gather to play and worship in community together. Our final campfire of the week, we were able to share highlights about camp. Some of the sentiments were "Camp is a place to always come back to", Camp is a second home", I love swimming and playing games". Camp truly is a sacred space; I am so glad that Zion was able to honor that space by sending staff and families! I eagerly await next year's family camp and hope to bring more families of all ages from Zion. ~
VLM Family Camp is offered: July 31-August 5 (full week) and August 7-12 (half week) at Camp Hiawatha.
